Ursa's Destiny will be released sometime this April and I am personally getting pretty pumped for this deck I intend to draft.
The idea here is to combo 2 enchantment cards with one important sorcery
First card: "Opalescence" 3W Enchantment that converts all other enchantments into creatures with p/t equal to their converted mana cost.
Second card: "Enchanted Evening" 3(W/U)(W/U) Enchantment that converts all other permanents into enchantments.
Third: "Replenish" 3W Sorcery that allows you to return all enchantment cards in your graveyard to play.
The basic here is to put at least one copy of Opalescence and one copy of Enchanted Evening into your graveyard either by Bazaar of Baghdad or any other blue draw/discard sorcery/instant. Once you've done that, you may want to discard another high-cost enchantment card such as Decree of Silence or Dovescape so you build up a potential army while stopping your opponents from casting any removal spells. Once you have done that, cast Replenish and all lands will be put into graveyards (because of the interaction with Enchanted Evening and Opalescence) forcing your opponents to start from scratch. At this point they will probably concede or you can just steamroll with your enchantment creatures.
