I think I've invented this particular mechanism because I've never seen it played before and I can't find it online either.
The idea here is to cast tinker but fetch ward of bones while sacing what should be your one and only artifact land. As a result, your opponents get to play with only 2 lands at the most. Ideally, only one land throughout the entire game! A secondary function of the deck is to support your partner by casting low-mana counterspells such as annul or spell pierce.

2x Ward of Bones
1x Tinker
4x Mystical Tutor
4x Mox Diamond
4x Lotus Petal
4x Vault of Whisper
4x Seat of Synod
4x Vault of Whisper
1x Vampyric Tutor
1x Imperial Seal
Supportive
1x Balance (if they use land-fetch like wayfare)
4x Annul
4x Spell pierce
4x Daze or 4x FOW if you can afford it.
1x Butcher of Truth (to prevent mill)
Ending Thoughts: I've won a lot of games with this deck. Only vulnerable to really aggressive artifact users and counter-spell decks.
